Development: Intro to Developing on the Social Platform

Background: Learn how to customize and extend a community while staying on the upgrade path as we continue to innovate on the social platform. Topics include platform overview, extensibility plugins, content model, Widget Studio, demos as pages, themes, layouts and widgets. This workshop will involve teaching sessions and hands-on development so attendees can put what they learn into action.

Audience: This workshop is designed for customers and partners with development experience who are new to the social platform or want a refresher on the basics. Developer training is best suited for people who have experience with C#, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
