I snuck a camera into an internal meeting where Scott Watermasysk was introducing a new Telligent CMS platform called Graffiti. Graffiti is targeted at small- to mid-sized businesses and bloggers and anyone else who wants to get content up on the web quickly and easily and is designed to give users massive control over the presentation of the content without having to be much of a designer.
