Microsoft adCenter

The new Microsoft adCenter site highlights Community Server’s ability to create a robust and active online support community that connects users from around the globe, enables interactive communication channels, and showcases product- and service-specific Web logs.

Microsoft adCenter is the official support community for the users of adCenter. Microsoft has created one home for marketers, developers and analytics users. With the new site, customers will be able to interact with adCenter staff and have the ability to network with other adCenter customers as well. The new forums will help facilitate discussions about all things adCenter—from the advertising platform to the API.

The team at Microsoft was looking for proven enterprise social software to serve as the platform for its new adCenter community.

Microsoft’s new adCenter Web site replaced the antiquated blogs and forums and now features product- and service-specific blogs and Live ID integration. The new site also includes an advanced media page that allows for sorting by media type and Silverlight media posts, individual product landing pages for each product in the adCenter “family,” and Omniture and Microsoft Analytics reporting. In addition, the new Community Server-based forums are now categorized, the user profiles are more robust, and the multimedia distribution includes video interviews, audio podcasts, and training videos.

Telligent performed the implementation, integration, customization, and theme design.

"In order to contribute to our credo of delivering world class service, we have been working diligently [with Community Server] to deliver an online experience that enables our advertisers through a variety of interactive communication channels." The Microsoft adCenter Team
