Microsoft's SQL CAT

The Microsoft SQL Customer Advisory Team site highlights the platform’s ability to serve as a portal that leverages real-world customer deployment content to augment enterprise knowledge.

The SQL Customer Advisory Team (SQLCAT) is a customer-facing group within the Microsoft SQL product division that works to improve the SQL Server product and customer experiences within the enterprise space. The team captures learnings from real-world SQL Server implementations and develops them into technical resources and best practices to share with the SQL Server Community. 

SQLCAT was looking for a proven platform that would allow users to easily create multiple publishing formats while providing them with a user-friendly experience. Telligent custom designed the new SQLCAT site and improved functionality by integrating the latest MSN Passport authentication. The new site is internationally-friendly (localized in Chinese and Japanese) and includes tagged content, interactive blogs, and site search.

Telligent performed the implementation, integration, and site design.
