A little earlier today our CMO, Wendy Gibson, blogged about CMAD and used it as her time to spotlight our community manager, Jenn Emerson. That's just Telligent's way of showing appreciation to our awesome community manager. At Telligent we know that community managers do a lot to manage and grow an organization's online community, however along the way we also know that they will be faced with some challenges. And each community managers challenge may be different based on factors such as, the size of the community, the purpose of the community, etc. So let's kickoff our own #CMAD conversation by first answering this question that we posed on our Facebook page: "Community managers, what is the most challenging aspect of your job?"
