It's great to have your feedback. We are looking for a social networking software for our client. I think Telligent would be one of the best choices up to now. I reviewed a few things in the Community and I could say you are doing a great job.

I wish I could have a demo of a full Enterprise version somehow. Can you help me on that?

Another thing: Online documentation seems not detailed enough for me, It's great if  you could support any user administration guideline etc. in pdf.? Could you share it to me through email?

Jenn may have helped already so sorry for the duplication. A demonstration is certainly something we can arrange for you.  If you'll email me directly with some additional information like your client's name (we'll be discreet because it is your client), where the client is headquartered (so we get the right account rep invovled who knows the territory), what type of business the commuinity will support (music like the Justin Timberlake site I saw on your Website??), and other important items I'll connect you with the right  person to help you evaluate Telligent.  

Regarding documenation, if there is something specific you are looking for let us know.  Our documentation is online in the form of Wikis so we don't provide in print form.

Hi Jon,

It's great to receive your message but I can't give you the client's info as it's confidential. So it's great if you could give me the link of a full demo for the latest Enterprise version and the list of all features in details.

Another thing: Pls. advice me your after sale service and the scalability of the system...I am a bit worrying about it as your source codes are closed and I don't see many detailed documentation online as other vendors offer.

Telligent has much to offer so we prefer to give you a guided tour so both know if we are a good fit for your objectives. After we chat I'll have a sense of what I can give you to evaluate Telligent.
