I am having problems moving themes from development environment to production. I want the page headers and footers to replace any headers and footers in the group theme, but it seems that the group headers page headers merge with the site page headers. How do i remove any group headers or footers from my theme, I always want to use the site headers and footers and only use the group theme for page widget layouts.
