Let's step back in time to 2004, when a technology and marketing visionary named Rob Howard started a company called Telligent. Back then, Howard was trying to solve a business problem at Microsoft around employee, customer and partner communication. Instead of adding more marketing spend or hiring a bigger team, Howard stepped back and created a movement that has changed the way millions of people collaborate worldwide.
