The Director, Interactive Marketing, reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and manage campaigns in alignment with sales force segmentation, new product launches, co-marketing campaigns, and existing product upsell and cross-sell
  • Automate and manage demand generation tools, resources and agencies for campaigns and programs, and reporting purposes
  • Develops the campaigns, execution steps, content requirements information, reporting templates, and supporting systems management
  • Actively solicit inputs from Sales, Corporate Marketing, Field Marketing and Product Management regarding new Demand Generation and campaign plan requirements for new product launches and existing products pipeline development
  • Develops and executes any necessary Lead Generation programs, marketing tactics, events and other activities including but not limited to PPC, SEO, SEM, Website and Community requirements, Events, Webinars, Seminars, telesales, banner ads…), to develop 70-90% of the opportunity pipeline
  • Coordinate, where appropriate, through Sales Management to provide direct sales support & sales communications, sales training, as part of ensuring success of demand gen programs
  • Recommend Telligent participation in trade shows and other events which will drive associated revenue
  • Assume other responsibilities as determined and assigned by management

Qualifications

  • MBA preferred; B.B.A. Marketing
  • 10+ years of marketing with 3-5 years in Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Channel and Sales roles
  • 2 – 5 years direct and relevant B2B experience
  • Strategy, project management, budget management and financial skills
  • Strong leadership and creative thinking capabilities
  • Go-to-market development plans capabilities –including successful launch planning, positioning and execution
  • Experience in working with lead management software (SalesForce.com/Eloqua)
  • Experience with Web site, SEO, and PPC
  • Travel requirement estimated between 15-20%
