We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic candidate to join our Professional Services team as a Project Manager. This role will report to the Delivery Manager.  Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing project leadership and customer communication during all phases of a project involving the implementation of the Telligent platform and products
  • Develop, update, and maintain the project plan, functional specification, documentation and system design specifications
  • Design project plans to determine resource requirements and availability
  • Manage internal and external resources within budget and project schedule
  • Analyze and communicate project risks to the customer and management, and develop effective risk mitigation plans
  • Review timesheets and prepare weekly and monthly status reports for all resources assigned
  • Identify and track project change requests

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience relevant to this position
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science related field or equivalent experience
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in e-mail, written documentation, and verbal
  • Expertise in project governance and leadership, project lifecycles, task management and issue management
  • Experience in collecting requirements and details for a customer implementation
  • -motivated, high energy individual with a strong commitment to quality
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal direction
