Sitecore Community Manager, Kimberly McCabe was in attendance at Telligent's user group conference this year. On the first day she sat in on the Strategy Workshop, presented by Telligent's Chief Strategy Officer, Cecilia Edwards. The premise of the workshop was to establish what the vital signs are for a community as part of a health check-up – the half-day workshop explored how to determine if your community is meeting objectives and how to address weak spots. Topics included: progress against goals, community health and vitality, content effectiveness, and user feedback.
