2009 was certainly a challenging year for the global economy. At Telligent, we continued our work toward being the leader in enterprise collaboration
and community software, with world-class service and
support. But even as we grow and move forward, there are constants
that define our company. One constant is our focus on three core
constituencies: customers, culture and community.
Customers: We remain very proud of the more
than 3,000 customers that we serve, including some of the world's largest
brands. In the past four months, more than 50 organizations selected Telligent's
collaboration software. Most recently, Unilever/Slim-Fast and Psion Teklogix became customers. I'd
like to welcome them and let all of our customers know that they are always our first
Culture: Our people are passionate and talented. Yet, times of change can be
difficult. In the past year, some have moved on, some are in completely new
roles, and we've even hired a few new Telligenti. Through all the transition,
we've improved as a group and as individuals. Seeing our Telligenti rise to the
challenges set before them has been a memorable part of my year. Thank you all
for your contributions in 2009.
Community: We serve our customers, but we
also serve the communities in which we live and work. Community
service is simply an extension of Telligent's
core values, and something our team members are passionate
about. Just recently, Telligent employees boxed
more than 15,000 meals for local families.
Next year will be one of advancement and refinement for Telligent. We
welcome the opportunities for service and dedication to our three core
constituents that 2010 presents.
