One of my favorite experiences in Professional Services is seeing how our customers use Telligent software in innovative and unique ways in order to address specific business challenges. A recent example is HealthStream, a leading provider of learning and research solutions for the healthcare industry. The company leverages Telligent Community to promote external community and collaboration with their customers. Earlier this month, Healthstream upgraded the site to Telligent Community 5.0 to support the growth and expansion of their online collaboration strategy.
The HealthStream community has several appealing features. For example, the online community provides the ability for members to share ideas real-time with the company. A widget on the site seamlessly integrates to the Ideas Module in HealthStream's Salesforce.com system, so that users can post ideas for employees to review, categorize and respond to directly in Salesforce. This enables employees to collaborate directly with customers without having to be in the Community.
