I've recently been asking myself the question, "What did I do before Telligent Enterprise?" Our intranet, powered by Telligent Enterprise, is the first thing I look at when I power up my laptop every morning, and it's the last thing I check before I pack my bags to go home every evening.

Why?

  •   Micro-blogging enables quick exchanges between co-workers, providing an insightful view into what people are interested in, have concerns about, need answers for or want to share good news about. I love to see the responses when I post an interesting article.
  • I can still use email as a primary interface. If I have a question about a product feature or anything I'm stumped about, I can simply send an email to a distribution list, see replies right in my inbox, and quickly engage further in the conversation. But I can confidently delete email messages, because all the information is stored for later reference in Telligent Enterprise.
  • All company history that I have rights to see, not just conversations in which I've participated, is within the reach of search. I just start typing what I'm looking for and see all the rich content and expertise that helps me be more productive at my job.
  • Any Telligenti can create a blog and share their subject matter expertise.
  • As I meet with customers or capture market intelligence, I simply type it into a wiki , where other Telligenti can contribute additional details.

Bottom line: Telligent Enteprise is a powerful employee collaboration application.
