I am very pleased to announce John Rabara as Telligent's new vice president of customer care. John has a deep dedication to delivering a world-class customer experience.
In his new position, John will focus mainly on customer service, customer support, education, and partner support. He will ensure that Telligent is always contributing to our customers, while remaining committed to our core values. John served as director of sales consulting at Oracle, where his responsibilities included product support, sales leadership and support, and strategy development. Previously, he was the director of customer solutions at Skywire Software, focusing on development, implementation and support for one of the company's core products.
Please join me in welcoming John to this new role. He is a great addition to the leadership team, and I look forward to seeing the contributions he brings to Telligent's customers.
