I am happy to announce the promotion of a true Telligent leader, Cecilia Edwards, to the role of Chief Strategy Officer. During her time at Telligent, Cecilia’s contributions and strategic guidance to customers has been extraordinary.
Prior to her new appointment, Cecilia served Telligent in the role of Senior Vice President of Client Services where she helped customers take full advantage of enterprise community software through strategic consulting and education. Now, in her new role as Chief Strategy Officer, Cecilia will continue to lead Telligent’s strategic consulting efforts, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Cecilia and her team will provide guidance to our customers on how to solve real business problems through online communities. Our goal is to empower customers to make confident business decisions for how to best use online communities – and Cecilia will be a key driver, helping customers identify a clear vision of success.
Cecilia has a proven track record of driving value for companies of all sizes and in many industries. Prior to joining Telligent, Cecilia spent six years with The Boston Consulting Group as a consultant to many Fortune 500 companies in industries spanning from financial services to healthcare. In 2006, she founded The RobinsonEdwards Group to deliver strategic advisory and consulting services to mid-market companies. Cecilia began her career in the United States Air Force as a launch manager for the Titan Satellite Space Launch program where she directed the activities of three satellite programs and supported the launch of five Titan II and Titan IV rockets.
With Cecilia’s wealth of knowledge, diverse professional background and more than 15 years of strategy consulting experience, I am certain she will continue to help Telligent and our customers reach new heights as Chief Strategy Officer.
