What do Microsoft Dynamics, PDI, American Marketing Association, Kaseya and Guild of Sommeliers have in common?

We’re thrilled to announce that these customers are all semifinalists in this year’s SuperNova Awards, recognized in the ‘Next Generation Customer Experience’ and ‘Future of Work’ categories.

The Awards are hosted by Constellation Research to celebrate and recognize leaders who have overcome the odds to successfully apply emerging and disruptive technologies for their organizations.

This nomination shines a light on the movers and shakers who are applying new technologies to improve their organizations. Read on to learn more about their community strategies (and check out the links for more details on each community):

  • Brendan Cosgrove @ Kaseya: Supports thousands of customers in the Kaseya Connections community, resulting in a 300% increase in community engagement year over year and 85% positive sentiment among power members.
  • Geoff Kruth @ Guild of Sommeliers: Educates and connects sommeliers in an interactive community for wine professionals, resulting in 70%+ membership renewal rates.
  • Nancy Pekala @ American Marketing Association: Connects marketers for knowledge exchange and networking, which created a key business differentiator, channel for national chapter engagement and increased membership value.
  • Austin Skaggs @ PDI: Enhances customer service by crowdsourcing customer support issues, which reduces support costs and improves the customer experience by connecting customers one-on-one with PDI executives.
  • Jon Axtman @ Microsoft Dynamics: Engages customers, partners and prospects to get product support, share best practices and network with colleagues, resulting in increased customer engagement and a more efficient support process.

The SuperNova annual search for innovators includes substantial prizes as well as invite-only admission and speaking opportunities at Constellation's premier innovation summit - Connected Enterprise. Finalists will be awarded at the SuperNova Awards Gala on November 9 at the St. Regis Monarch Beach in Dana Point, CA.
