Today, we are pleased to share with you our latest addition to the keynote lineup – Kim Celestre. Celestre is a Senior Analyst at Forrester Research, Inc. She serves Technology Marketing Professionals and her research focuses on B2B and B2C marketing, with a specific emphasis on social marketing platforms and online communities.
Based on her research, Kim Celestre will discuss the evolution of online communities across the customer lifecycle, how social tech influences purchasing behavior and how to measure the business value of social engagement.
Celestre joining the keynote lineup comes on the heels of our recent news from last month where we announced the acquisition of Zimbra, a leading messaging and collaboration solution. What does this mean for The Big Social attendees? This year, The Big Social will be a combined user group conference.
