Patrick Brandt

Chairman and CEO

Patrick Brandt, Chief Executive Officer, drives the corporate strategy and vision for Telligent. A veteran enterprise software entrepreneur and executive, Brandt has a proven track record of leading companies through rapid growth and expansion.

Prior to joining Telligent, Brandt was the founder and CEO of Skywire Software. During his eight-year tenure at Skywire Software, Brandt led the company through organic growth and 11 acquisitions, including the leveraged buyout of Docucorp (NASDAQ: DOCC) in 2007. By 2008, the market-leading vertical software company employed more than 600 people and served more than 2,400 customers in 45 countries. In 2008, Brandt led and negotiated the sale of Skywire Software's enterprise software business to Oracle (NASDAQ: ORCL). Brandt remains a member of the board of directors of iWave Software, a spin-off of Skywire Software, and serves on the board of appBackr, the first and only digital wholesale marketplace for the iPhone and iPad application market.

Brandt has also earned several accolades for his business acumen, leadership, and community service, including the Ernst & Young 2008 Southwest Area Entrepreneur of the Year Award®, the 2008 Tech Titans Corporate CEO Award, the 2006 Ellis Award from the Entrepreneur Foundation of North Texas, and the 2004 Tech Titans Emerging CEO Award.

An active community volunteer, Brandt serves on the boards of several nonprofit organizations focused on promoting education and entrepreneurship among at-risk youth and encouraging philanthropy to emerging and established companies. Brandt is a founding director of the National Foundation of Teaching Entrepreneurship Greater Dallas Chapter, Chairman of the Board of Entrepreneurs Foundation of North Texas, is a board member of Education is Freedom and is a Partner of Dallas Social Venture Partners. Brandt earned his bachelor's of science in economics and finance from Southern Methodist University.

Rob Howard

Founder and CTO

The visionary behind Telligent's product development and innovation, Telligent's Founder and Chief Technology Officer, Rob Howard oversees product development and the company's technology roadmap.

A true pioneer in social enterprise software, Howard is known throughout the industry as an authority in social community and collaboration software. His roots begin at the frontiers of social technology with his contribution to the development and adoption of Microsoft's Web platform technologies—where he helped create and nurture the innovative ASP.NET community.

In 2004, he expanded his vision for customer engagement when he founded Telligent, the first-to-market integrated online community software. A social software forerunner, Howard also understood the power of community analytics, making Telligent the first-to-market with an application to address this need.

Working with world class customers including Dell, MySpace.com and Microsoft, Howard has put his expertise and insight to work for organizations of all sizes wanting to apply the value of collaborative work to their business.

An expert at developing enterprise collaboration software, he has authored several books on the topic of software development and speaks at conferences worldwide on the topics of social computing and software development. Howard is a member of the Lonestar chapter of the Young Presidents' Organization, and he earned his bachelor's of business administration from Baylor University.

Kristin Reichert

CFO

As Chief Financial Officer, Kristin Reichert is responsible for accounting, finance, tax, human resources, and office administration for Telligent. Previously, Reichert was the Controller of Skywire Software, and enterprise software company. As part of the leadership team at Skywire Software, she presided over the financial aspects of multiple acquisitions and their subsequent integrations, and eventually a leveraged buy-out.

Prior to Skywire Software, Reichert was a senior financial analyst with Docucorp International, a publicly traded document management software company. She also worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in public accounting. Reichert is a certified public accountant and has bachelor's and master's degrees in accounting from Southern Methodist University.

Brent Rhymes

COO

As Chief Operating Officer, Brent Rhymes is responsible for the operational and strategic leadership of Telligent's product strategy, strategic partnerships, worldwide sales and marketing. Rhymes has more than 20 years of proven experience in envisioning, planning, building, and launching successful software products and companies that are grounded on business and customer value.

Prior to joining Telligent, Rhymes served as CEO of iWave Software, a provider of enterprise storage and private cloud automation software. Under Rhymes' leadership, iWave grew revenues fivefold, completed three strategic acquisitions, and developed iWave Storage Automator, a first-of-its-kind product designed to fully automate the creation, removal, and management of multivendor enterprise storage software. iWave was named a "Cool Vendor in Storage Technologies for 2012" by the Gartner Group and was acquired by EMC Corporation later that year.

Before Rhymes' leadership role at iWave, he co-founded two successful technology startups including Knoxville-based FileKeeper, Inc. (sold to Yosemite Technologies in 2006) and Houston-based Software Realization Corporation (sold to NetIQ Corporation in 2000). Rhymes was a senior executive at NetIQ Corporation, NEON Systems, and Scalable Software. He has also held sales and management positions at Microsoft, IBM, and Exxon Company USA.

Rhymes earned his bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of Tennessee and master's degree in marketing from the University of St. Thomas.

Richard Zicchino

Senior VP, Product Development

Senior Vice President of Product Development Richard Zicchino brings to Telligent a rich background in enterprise software and social technology. With an eye for security and scalability, Zicchino leads the company's product development, quality assurance and delivery, Telligent's OnDemand offering. In addition, Zicchino guides Telligent's customers on integration and extension of Telligent products and works closely with Telligent's partners worldwide.

Prior to joining Telligent, Zicchino served as release management director at Oracle. There, he led the effort to integrate the Skywire Software development team into Oracle by implementing a common set of processes and tools, including a development collaboration site. At Skywire Software, Zicchino served as director of operations performance management, working with the executive management team to develop their enterprise software strategy, while also directing support, development, professional services and hosting for a variety of software products. Prior to Skywire Software, Richard acted as general manager of iWave Integrator (now iWave Software), where he lead the overall operations of the division, including product development, services, support for enterprise software, marketing and sales. Before joining Skywire Software in 2003, Zicchino worked with Attenza and Fujitsu Network Communications.

Zicchino holds a bachelor's of business administration in business computer information systems from the University of North Texas.

John Rabara

Senior VP, Customer Care

With a deep dedication to a superior customer experience, Senior Vice President of Customer Care John Rabara places top priority on customer service, customer support, education, and partner support. Drawing on his enterprise experience integrating new technology with existing systems, Rabara uses all the social tools at his disposal to provide community-based support to Telligent customers and partners. It's a world-class level of support imbued with Telligent's core values.

Previously, Rabara served as director of sales consulting at Oracle, where his responsibilities included enterprise product support, sales leadership and support, and strategy development. Rabara also served as the director of customer solutions at Skywire Software, focusing on development, implementation and support for one of the company's core products. Prior to Skywire Software, Rabara acted as sheriff product manager/developer of The Software Group (now Tyler Technologies), where he was part of the team that developed the enterprise Odyssey product.

Rabara earned his bachelor's of business administration with a focus on business analysis, management information systems from Texas A&M University.
