Something about Passion...

I have learned a Japanese Language over 3 years. For me, to learn that lessons is not a study at school, but it also a Passion. I love japanese, due I have met with japanese people (girl) and she was very kind. After that, I knew that japanese people so polite. I have been making friend with her. So, I started to learn japanese language. Some my friends also come to me and want to learn a japanese language too, then I made a japanese school online free, it's name "belajar bahasa jepang online" or people called WEIHOME GAKUEN.

Weihome Gakuen started at November, 1st 2011. But many people in Indonesia have known about our school online. I'm teaching in that school, I just share everything that I know about Japan Language. Well, it's still available on Indonesian, but English will be available as soon as possible.

The Telligent Application Program is designed to assist partners in the development of successful application specific to the Telligent Platform that can be marketed and made accessible through the Telligent Marketplace. By having applications available in the Telligent Marketplace, partners will gain exposure to Telligent's global customer base, including Fortune 1,000 companies. Partners also have the opportunity to work with Telligent and other partners to identify potential ideas for developing applications to meet customer requests and future product needs. Introduction

The Telligent Application Partner Program provides partners and customers with benefits from the development of software applications that run on the Telligent Evolution platform. As a Telligent Application Partner, you are able to participate in the Telligent Marketplace. The Telligent Marketplace is designed as a virtual exchange for Telligent Application Partners to market and make accessible applications that add value to the community of over 3,000 customers on the Telligent Platform. This Program Guide is targeted to prospective individuals & organizations looking to participate in the Telligent Marketplace by creating applications built to run on the Telligent Evolution™ platform. This Program Guide will:

Educate potential partners about Telligent and the Telligent Application Partner Program
Outline issues potential partners should consider as a Telligent Application Partner
Offer information regarding access to helpful tools to build applications

Below is a list of frequently used terms. It is beneficial for you to understand these terms while evaluating this Program Guide:

Telligent Marketplace^{^TM}	An online exchange designed to market and display applications built specifically for the Telligent Platform.

We urge prospective and existing partners to read this entire Program Guide to gain a comprehensive understanding of our program as you make the decision to plan, build, and go to market with Telligent as a Telligent Application Partner.

Program Overview

The Telligent Application Partner Program is designed to assist Partners in the development of successful applications specific to the Telligent Platform that can be marketed and made accessible through the Telligent Marketplace^TM. By having applications available in the Telligent Marketplace^TM, Partners will gain exposure to Telligent's global customer base, including many Fortune 1,000 companies. Telligent Application Partners also have the opportunity to work with Telligent and other partners to identify potential ideas for developing applications to meet customer requests and future product needs. In addition, Telligent Application Partners have access to Telligent software and other benefits outlined in "Program Benefits."

Qualifications & Criteria

Any company that intends to develop applications, built specifically for the Telligent Platform, and market them to existing Telligent customers or new customers through the Telligent Marketplace^TM can apply to join the Telligent Application Partner Program. Telligent reserves the right to approve or deny submissions at its discretion. Representative Telligent Application Partner approval criteria are listed below, some of which may be considered to be subjective:

Established reputation of the potential Partner
Ability to demonstrate the application(s) to Telligent
Value proposition of the application(s) as determined by Telligent
Offer a valid customer reference currently using an application(s)

Designations & Levels

During the Telligent Marketplace^TM Beta release, Partners will not receive a designation. When Telligent Marketplace^TM is officially launched, additional information will be communicated regarding program levels and requirements to achieve defined designations.

All Telligent Application Partners will be evaluated on an ongoing basis to determine their placement in the Telligent Marketplace^TM. In the evaluation, Partners will be rated against one another to objectively match program benefits with Partners that have demonstrated joint customer success and strategic value. For your review, representative criteria are listed below, some of which may be considered to be subjective:

Number of Telligent Marketplace^TM listed applications (minimum of 1 application)
Quality of applications
Number of applications purchased through the Telligent Marketplace^TM
Feedback from customers and Telligent employees regarding applications and Partners

Telligent holds sole discretion regarding the evaluation and designation of Partners. In the future, Telligent reserves the right to alter criteria to the evaluation process.

Partner Benefits

Telligent Application Partners are able to not only access the significant thought leadership and resources of Telligent, but that of our other Partners as well.

In addition, depending upon the specific partnership relationship with Telligent, Partners may qualify for benefits listed below.

Membership and identification in Partner Network on Telligent.com
Special limited (not-for-resale) licenses for Telligent Evolution^TM, Telligent Community^TM, Telligent Enterprise^TM, and Telligent Analytics^TM¹ for the use of developing & testing the partners' software
Developer SDK²
Participation in periodic webinars and development labs
Administrative and technical training (as available)
Invitation to Telligent User Conference
Opportunity to become a certified Partner
Logo and description in Telligent Marketplace^TM
Ability to use Telligent logo in Partner's marketing, subject to Telligent's usage guidelines

Note: Partnership benefits are at the discretion of Telligent

Requires execution of Telligent Software License Agreement. Licenses provided to partners are for the purposes of developing applications, to learn how to use the product, and to create demonstrations. Partner licenses are limited compared to a purchased license.
Requires execution of Telligent Developer SDK License Agreement.

Non-Commercial/Free Telligent Application Partner Benefits

For individuals or organizations that wish to submit non-commercial/free submissions the participation fees are waived (see below). However, the benefits available for non-commercial participants are also limited:

Telligent, at its sole-discretion may provide special limited (not-for-resale) licenses for Telligent Evolution^TM, Telligent Community^TM, Telligent Enterprise^TM, and Telligent Analytics^TM¹ for the use of developing & testing the partners' software
Developer SDK
Participation in periodic webinars and development labs
Logo and description in the Telligent Marketplace^TM

Non-commercial/free submissions may optionally participate in the quarterly and annual partner meetings, but do not have access to the monthly 1/2 hour scheduled check-in meetings with a Telligent representative (see page 8).

Telligent Application Partner Program Fees

Telligent collects an initial annual listing fee of $5,000 for all for profit applications. Listing renewal fees are $2,500 for every subsequent year. Telligent, at its sole discretion may waive these fees for new Partners.

There is no listing fee for applications that are offered for free in the Telligent Marketplace^TM. However, this offer does not apply to free downloads of client applications, free trials, or pay-per-use applications.

In addition to the fees outlined above, Partners should plan to make investments in Marketing and Application Development.

Minimum Performance Criteria

Telligent will evaluate its Partner relationships annually, and in order to continue as a Telligent Application Partner, minimum performance requirements must be met.

Minimum performance requirements include: (i) At least 1 application in the Telligent Marketplace^TM; and (ii) Positive customer opinion and feedback from Telligent employees.

If a Partner has not met the minimum performance requirements: (i) Partner will be removed from the Telligent Marketplace^TM; or (ii) Partner will be required to pay the $5,000 partnership fee.

Telligent Application Partner Responsibilities

Telligent Application Partners are highly visible to outside parties due to the opportunity to participate in the Telligent Marketplace^TM. Telligent's reputation with existing and potential customers is incredibly valuable and cannot be compromised by Partners. Below are examples of responsibilities that Telligent expects out of its Telligent Application Partners:

Pricing - Responsible for establishing reasonable pricing terms and may consult Telligent with questions regarding pricing structures
Support - Provide adequate access to customer support
Documentation - Comprehensive product documentation available for customers
Demo Capability & Training - Ability to demo application to customers and/or Telligent and provide adequate application training to Telligent Sales Staff
Compatibility - To remain accessible through the Telligent Marketplace^TM, applications must be compatible with a supported version of Telligent's Platform
Universal Access - Partner must allow Telligent, at its sole discretion, access and use of their application; both for testing purposes and our corporate use.

Required Documentation

In order for a Telligent Application Partner to submit an application for approval by Telligent to be included in the Telligent Marketplace^TM, the Partner must Accept the Telligent Marketplace^TM Terms & Conditions. The Terms & Conditions agreement will be available electronically in the Telligent Marketplace^TM and a response will be prompted at the time of submission for each application.

Additional Requirements

To further strengthen the partnership between Telligent and Telligent Application Partners, we require the following conditions in order for a potential partner to enter the Telligent Application Partner Program:

Provide developer level support to Telligent for applications
Within 90 days of application approval, post a 2-3 minute video (demo/value proposition) on Youtube.com, with a specific Telligent Marketplace^TM tag, enabling Telligent to aggregate videos from Telligent Application Partners.

With a global customer base relying on the Telligent Platform for collaboration and networking, there are virtually limitless application types that could add value to an enterprise or organization using Telligent. Below are examples of application categories that we have identified.

Media Management	Applications and tools designed to help manage content created within the community. From YouTube videos to proprietary tools for managing large video files.
Social Media	Applications and tools that help connect or integrate with popular social media channels such as Twitter or Facebook.
Support	Applications and tools built to assist customer running support communities.
Widgets	A collection of individual, re-usable UI elements that serve a variety of purposes.
Services Partners	Partners that provide service offerings to new and existing Telligent customers to assist in implementing or further customizing the Telligent Platform

Regarding the application categories we have identified, our most successful Partners have focused their development efforts on areas in which they possess subject matter expertise.

In addition, gaining access to a top-tier, third-party analyst research can also provide valuable insight into forecasted technology trends and projected spend by IT category which may help guide your development efforts.

Recurring Meetings

Telligent will communicate regularly with our Telligent Application Partners regarding the status of the partnership. This is done to ensure the easy availability of information to both the Partner and Telligent.

The following is a suggested set of recurring check-ins:

All public communications regarding this partnership will be jointly coordinated by Telligent and the Partner.

Telligent will permit the Partner to use Telligent's name, marks, and logos on a limited non-exclusive basis to promote Telligent's products and services. Such permission shall be effective solely for the duration of your continued participation in the Telligent Application Partnership Program and all uses are subject to Telligent's quality control and standard trademark guidelines as published and amended from time to time by Telligent.

The Partner will permit Telligent to use Partner's name, marks, and logos on a limited and non-exclusive basis in conjunction with the Telligent Application Partnership Program on Telligent's websites, advertisements, and promotional materials. Such permission shall be effective solely for the duration of your continued participation in the Telligent Application Partnership Program.
