Social Media Today journalist Paul Dunay recently got a chance to sit down with Richard Margetic, Dell's Social Media Lead. During this interview, Richard, who will be a speaker at the upcoming Social Share-Up Conference, discussed a variety of social topics ranging from the role of social media at Dell to how Dell is leveraging the concept of big data.
In addition, Richard also took time to talk about Dell's social communities. During the chat, Richard pointed out that Dell has a variety of social communities, and specifically highlighted the Dell TechCenter. Richard mentioned, "The Dell TechCenter continues to be a community that is touching a huge amount of our B2B sales driving correlations. We can see the correlations between engagements on Dell TechCenter and the sales that are resulting from it."
