I can’t believe that The Big Social is just a little over a month away. And if you haven’t heard, we have a ton of great content lined up this year! Last week I shared a sneak peek of the half-day workshops that will take place on the first day of the conference. Today, I’d like to give you an overview of our four learning tracks.

Co-created and co-presented by your peers, product experts and Telligent and Zimbra partners, these tracks include sessions that demonstrate how leading organizations are achieving success with Telligent and Zimbra. This year, we are offering three tracks that are designed to address strategy, management and development for Telligent and Zimbra. Plus, new this year is the Partner Summit track.

Strategy Track:
Sessions that fall under the strategy track will explore case studies for community and collaboration, mobile engagement, the product roadmaps for Zimbra and Telligent, and more. Come be a part of sessions such as:

Development Track:
This track is designed for attendees with development experience. Sessions that are a part of this track cover everything from how to customize and extend your mobile web community to how to employ advanced user interface concepts to deliver an incredible user experience. Example sessions include:

  • Creating a Mobile Community: Learn from Telligent product development experts how to customize and extend your mobile web community and create branded native apps for Apple, Android and Windows.
  • Building Social Apps: Hear detailed instructions from our product experts on how to build an application that delivers an entirely new way to drive engagement and gather feedback.

Partner Track:
New this year, this partners-only track adds core sessions that address key topics important to partners such as changes to the partner program, product architecture and discussion roundtables. You can expect to attend sessions such as:

  • Getting to Know the Zimbra Partner Program: Led by Telligent and Zimbra partner program leaders, this combined session introduces key updates to the partner program and provides a platform for partners to ask questions about distribution, pricing and support.
  • Service Provider Roundtable: In this partners-only session, hear how carriers/operators, broadband providers, hosting providers and Internet service providers deploy Zimbra for messaging and collaboration.
