	Rob Howard, CEO Rob is a former employee of the Microsoft corporation (1998 – 2004) where he contributed to ASP.NET and served as a Technical Evangelist during the late 90s helping dot-coms adopt Microsoft’s web platform. He is a frequent presenter at software developer conferences such as Microsoft’s PDC and TechEd. He is also the author of several books on software development. 	Jason Alexander, CTO Jason was formerly a Software Architect at Match.com, one of the most highly trafficked web sites worldwide. Prior to Match, Jason worked for Mark Cuban’s company, Broadcast.com, BlueCross BlueShield of Texas, JPMorgan Chase Bank, and many others. Jason is a Microsoft ASP.NET MVP, ASPInsider, and President of the North Dallas .NET Users Group. Jason attended the University of North Texas where he studied Computer Science. Jason's responsibilities at Telligent involve managing all the software development and services projects.
	Tom Edwards, V.P. Sales and Marketing Tom oversees the sales and marketing teams at Telligent and is responsible for client relations. Tom brings extensive experience defining strategy for corporate sales and marketing initiatives. He has managed a variety of strategic accounts and partner relationships and he has conducted interactive consulting engagements for numerous national clients. He has a Masters degree in Organizational Management and stays current on industry trends by instructing marketing related courses as an adjunct faculty member. Email him at tedwards@telligent.com.
	Scott Dockendorf, V.P. Client Services Scott brings to Telligent over twelve years of industry experience, including seven years of consulting.  Scott is passionate about solution architecture, secure development, and helping companies adopt recommended practices through standards and proven methodologies. He is an active member of the .NET community, volunteering his time as the Program Director of the North Dallas .NET User Group, and delivers sessions to local .NET User Groups. Scott is recognized as a Microsoft C# MVP and an ASPInsider.
	Scott Watermasysk, V.P. Product Development Scott leads the product development team at Telligent and is responsible for the development, design, and architecture of Community Server. Scott is the creator of the blogging engine formerly known as .Text, which is now part of Community Server. He is recognized as a Microsoft Regional Director for New Jersey, Microsoft ASP.NET MVP, and ASPInsider.
	Sean Baugh, Creative Director - Sound Creative As former Creative Lead for Southwest Airlines, and as a freelance designer, Sean brings to Telligent over twelve years of experience in print, interactive, and identity/branding design. An award-winning designer, Sean has worked with a vast variety of industries and organizations to find creative solutions for a diverse set of challenges. Sean oversees the newly-formed Sound Creative Group which specializes in creative web development, print design and marketing, design consultation, and branding/identity design.
	Candace Waid, Director of Finance Candace is responsible for overseeing all of Telligent’s financial operations, as well as human resources.  Prior to joining Telligent, Candace managed financial operations for several entities including a venture capital company specializing in turning around bankrupt companies, an oil and gas geological consulting firm, and a commercial real estate group.  Candace has a BBA from Texas A&M University in College Station.
	Josh Ledgard, Director of Managed Experiences Josh joins Telligent from the Microsoft Corporation where he spent 7 years shipping the Visual Studio product line and leading several significant customer connection projects including product feedback, shared source, and online customer support initiatives. A Computer Engineering graduate of Vanderbilt University, Josh is passionate about helping companies use social software to learn from, connect with, and help their customers be more successful. At Telligent, he oversees the Managed Experiences group, which partners with companies to create, manage, and maintain large-scale customer communities.
