Jenn Emerson Telligent Community Manager
You’ve joined the Telligent community for a reason. You have an objective you want to meet and we want to help you get there. Below are some ideas to help you start exploring.
If you are a customer, be sure to bookmark the Support Community where you can ask questions and learn from others about Telligent technology.
If you are a developer, you’ll find yourself at home in the Developer Space where fellow devs are collaborating and innovating every day.
If you are a social media manager, social community manager or social business professional, you may like our Social Support – a community where you can chat about technology, strategy and just about anything else under the sun.
We are a very social community and would love to know more about you. I have an inside tip to help you get social more quickly – it's what I call the "golden triangle." It's on your profile; it consists of your buddy icon, your social handles and your bio. Once you can get these items completed on your profile, the rest is gravy, or marshmallow topping, or stevia --- you know something really good. :) Of course, only share the information you are comfortable sharing about yourself.
When it comes to your profile picture or avatar, I always request a real photo. Cartoons or filtered images make it seem like you are hiding – not too social. So, post a natural (but decent!) picture of yourself. Remember, a smile is a great way to make friends quickly.
Telligent.com Profile Bio Hints:
Sometimes it can be difficult to think of something to say about yourself. So, I came up with a few questions you can answer then fit together to create your bio paragraph.
