Telligent.Tasks.Service.exe Error: 0 : Exception: Invalid object name 'csr_UserData'.

Telligent.Tasks.Service.exe Error: 0 : Exception: Invalid object name 'csr_UserData'.

This question is answered

Hi I have enabled tracing on my Harvest 2 app. Most of the reports are ok but user data like Log in data is not being populated.

I get the following error in the trace log:

Telligent.Tasks.Service.exe Error: 0 : Exception: Invalid object name 'csr_UserData'.

So - this looks like the related error but I just don't know why it errors - there is a csr_UserData table (a + b) for each of my sites. And - the connection string is the same for all tasks.

Any ideas why this isn't working?

Thanks

  • Anyone? If you have ANY idea about this - please let me know. I can't describe how important it is to get his fixed.

    Thanks

  • Sorry for the delay, was this resolved for you?

  • Nope. I kind of gave up on it - I tried every permutation of task string I could think of but it still didn't work.

I need to remind myself of the details of this. I'll get back to you as soon as I can as I still need this fixing.

Thanks for getting back to me btw.

  • Did you use a schema name other than "community"?  If so you'll need to update the schemaName used by the connection for each task in the taskstrings.config file.

  • Alex - yes I did use a schema name other than community and I updated the schema name as you said. Most of the reports are working, just a few aren't pulling in any data - namely user log ins.

Oddly enough I did get it working but, when it did work, it only worked for a while - as if the task ran and then, a bit later the data was overwritten.

  • Did you enable task logging? If yes, can you provide the HRSTrace log file (or review it for task errors)? Are the reports still not working? Can you describe which reports/tasks are not working and exactly what you are seeing?

    Thank you
