Site permissions
After you select a user, look in the top-right corner of this page. You will see whether he/she has access to view the current site.
- Site currently selected - This shows the site for which you are currently setting permissions. You can change this site in the drop-down list in the top-left corner.
- User currently selected - Verify this displays the user for whom you wish to set permissions.
You will then see that the user either does or does not have access. To change his/her access, click the button directly below This user does/does not have permission...
If the user does have permission, this button will read Deny. If the user does not have permission, this button will read Grant.
When you click the button, the page refreshes and the permission is set for the user.
