    Im looking at using CS for porividing support for some of the applications our sales agents use.  Some of us have suggested we cut off email support for a while to force them to use the forums.  However, is there a way someone can send an email that gets turned into an forum post ?

    Yes, with the Mail Gateway add-on, a forum can act as a mailing list, where emails to it get posted on the forum.
