Here's an even easier way. Create a Microsoft Access Project file (ADP) that connects to your Community Server SQL DB. Open the cs_Posts table. Find the specific post and change the PostAuthor and UserID fields.

Keep in mind that having a 'direct line' to your CS data through Access can be dangerous!

I am having the same issue, but it happens on all networks/computers/browsers so I don't think it is a browser setting (I did try what you suggested and it didn't fix).

I am currently in the process of setting up a Community Server, Version: 2008 / 4.x.

I have bought in a lot of content from what we used previously and went about populating the Wiki as a Knowledgebas and building the Table of Contents in the Wiki as I added pages. I had thought there was a way I would be able to easily reorganize the structure of the table of contents but I don't see it.

Short of shuffling around Child pages and adding new and deleting existing header pages is there anything I am missing that allows for easily restructuring of the TOC?

Does SQL Performance Tuning Wizard slow down significantly the database while running?

Our forumdb is too big to restore a backup in another server, we'll need to do it in production database.

I notice your SiteSqlServer connectionstring uses (local) as the server, whereas LocalSqlServer uses (local)\sqlexpress. Out of the box, community Server only uses the SiteSqlServer connection string - this probably needs to be configured to use SQL Express.

I have a registered user and I changed that user role to Wiki Administrator, Wiki Moerator role. When that user logs in and click on Wiki and click on the link on right side

"Create new Wiki" or " Wikis Administration" it gives user "Access Denied" You don't have permission. I checked that user and it also has Everyone and Regsutered user role.

Can anyone tell me why this user can't create a wiki even user has wiki admin and wiki moderator role?

I'm using CS 2008, just downloaded and installed yesterday.
