Whilst this is not directly allowed in CS2008, there is a feature called "User Files", which provides users a space in which they can upload files under CS.  These files can then be linked to from forum posts, so can provide the same functionality as multiple forum post attachments.  You can upload files to your Site Files directly from the editor using the Insert Media button ().

If i want to attach multiple files to a single blog post (not a zip file) what i need to do?

Attaching multiple files is *not* supported.  For one work around for this issue, see my above post.

So here it is, 9/2011 and we still can't upload multiple files to a forum post?
