How do I get a spell checker for the HTML Editor?

I understand that there is a spell checker that a user can download and install on their system that works with the current TinyMCE editor.  Are there any spellcheckor plugins that work where a web user does not have to install anything on their computer?

    The spell-checker plugin for TinyMCE does not require the site user to download anything. You may have misread the installation instruction that detail how you, as the site admin, have to download and install the plugin. However, it requires PHP to be installed and configured on the server, which you may or may not have available depending on your hosting scenario.

    oooo, I don't mind installing PHP to allow for a spell checker. Is this a free plug-in is it provided by TinyMCE? Do you know where I can get it? I would need to see what version of TinyMCE it will support and what is the process for integrating it with Community Server.
