Thanks Ben, That's really helpful.... But now I have another problem. I'm using the windows authentication module in CS2008 and I can't use the RSS feed as I want to because the reader I'm using doesn't support authenticated feeds. The reader in this case is the RSS web part...

  • Forum Post: Re: RSS and Office 2007/IE7 on Vista

Thanks, Ramez. The more I look into this, this is an issue with IE7 not supporting DTDs in RSS feeds. Many others on other systems share the same problem. Both FireFox 3 and IE8 seem to resolve the issue. In some cases, it also appears to be related to the MSXML version being used. In some previous versions...

  • Forum Post: mirror blog in group

Hi all, is it possible for the blog of a group to be filled with mirrored blog content from an RSS feed? I know that a normal (top-level) blog can be filled with an RSS feed, but don't see any obvious way to do it within groups.
  • Forum Post: Re: mirror blog in group

As an alternative, you can add an RSS feed to a widget in the sidebar and configure how manyposts are shown at a time. This actually works out nicely as it will separate content actually written by our bloggers (in the group blog) from RSS stuf that will apepr in the sidebar. Cheers for the clarification...

  • Forum Post: Another RSS images question: are images being "protected"?

Still working on getting our 3rd party mobile solution working with CS. However this is not working correctly with our site. When MoFuse tries...
