Execute Slqscripts

There's some old CS2008 documentation at http://docs.communityserver.com/documentation/. (It's the old CS site). Take a look at the installation docs.   Just a note that the downloads referred to probably won't be found and you might have to contact Support for those if you need them. If you think you might want the documentation for future reference I'd download a local copy. (I did for CS2007).
