CS2007 Express allows a limited number of photo gallery folders and a limit of 250 files in the file gallery. How will this change with the new integrated Media Gallery in CS2008 Express?

I tried a fresh install of CS2008 B1 and I noticed there is no sample media gallery, no files... nothing. I can't seem to find a place to create a media gallery, am I missing something?

Hi Jose, I upgraded recently to CS2008 and anonymous users cannot see any of the media. I know I must be missing something and hopefully you can help me.

Okay, I gave everyone download access and that seem to work. Is this neccessary or is there another way I can get thru this without displaying the download link.

When deleting an item from the Media Gallery, the cs_Posts_Downloads table still contains references to the Post Id of the deleted item.

If a PNG graphic file with transparency is uploaded using the new insert media plugin, the resulting thumbnail in the content selector shows up black. I believe the problem lies in the resized-image.ashx that makes the thumbnail.
