If you have group administrative privileges, you can add a group when you access the group main page.

Procedure

  1.  Navigate to the group main page.

  2.  Click Create a new group in the Shortcuts list in the sidebar.

 

The Create New Group page opens.

 

  3.  Specify the group properties.

  • Name - Group name.
  • URL - Group URL.
  • Description - Describes the group.
  • Group Type - Specifies whether the group is public or private. A description of each type displays on the Community Server page.
  • Group Category - Specifies the category to which the group is assigned.

  4.  Click Save.

As the group owner, you will have editing privileges. Click Groups Administrations in the Shortcuts list.
