Yes, Community Server/Evolution allows you to disable activity logging across your entire Web site. If you enable activity logging later, none of the activity that occurred while Community Server/Evolution was disabled will be logged.

I want to start putting only original blog posts in the Site Activity section on the Home page of my Community Site. I can remove all activity in Site Administration/Site Configuration/Setup by choosing "No" for "Enable Activity Logging". But, when I try to post only my company's activity by checking the appropriate boxes under "Activity Message Types to Log" and clicking "Yes" for "Enable Activty Logging", all activity is logged again. Activity appears to go back 2 months. How can I get rid of other users' activity, but keep my company's activity?
