Telligent Express emails get tagged as spam due to improper SPF/RDNS settings

Really like T.E. so far but we are having some critical issues in that emails from the host have high spam scores and are *not* making it to an invitee's inbox. Due to scoring, some are outright deleted and not even making it into user spam folders.

Here is why:

* Lack of properly SPF record

* Reverse DNS is not set

* Host IP change.

Please fix these when you can. This issue makes supporting and selling the service difficult.

If you need a copy of headers feel free to contact me directly.

Thank you,

John

  • Thank you for letting us know. We are now looking into it. It may be a DNS issue. Also, I will contact you for the headers, so I can pass them along.

    Thanks,
