Hello,

I have followed the instructions on installing the Telligent enterprise solution. (telligent.com/.../13848.install-telligent-enterprise.aspx)

However when I go to visit the webpage, a blank page just pulls up. Is this normal? Or is there something that should be pulling up to the web page?

Custom Errors are off on the web.config and I am not getting any errors; also no application errors in my event viewer.

Any suggestions would be great!

    Can you try and confirm that the connectionstring is correct and that you can connect to the database from the webserver with it? I've found that a blank page is sometimes caused by a typo on it.

    The connection string is correct; as I am able to connect via ODBC. Also I should in theory get an error is they are not correct on the actual web page.

    Can you confirm that you have the allowed the proper permissions on the /filestorage folder as shown in the documentation here?

    Thanks Carrer,

    Those are also setup correctly too. I am looking to see if its an asp.net issue. I am running a repair install, ill let you know if that works.
