Hello,
I tried to upgrade my Telligent Community 5.6 to the new Telligent Community 6.1. When I load the main page, I get this error :

Here, what have been done :
- Backup of files and databases
- I started by replacing new files on the existing folder without replacing the connectionstring file.
- Apply read permission for Network Service and modify on filestorage folder
- Executed aspnet_regiis.exe /I to register ASP.NET4
- Changed the application pool to ASP.NET 4.0
- Upgraded database with cs_UpdateSchemaAndProcedures.sql
Then i get the error above. I restarted the procedure three time without any success. Do you have any advices ?
