Exporting a list of members with email addresses

Hi everyone,

I can't remember if I posted this somewhere else, but I'm looking for an easy way to keep track of my community's members. I need to export a list that includes their username and email address.

I do not want to use the email function within the Telligent system.

Can anyone help me figure out an easy way to do this? Right now it's a very manual process.

    Hi Cheryl,

    We make an Add-On for Telligent Community that does exactly what you are looking for and more.  It is called Directory Connect and it allows you to do dynamic searches for people in you community based on their profile data and then allows you to export it to .CSV/Excel.  You can export every user in the community or just a targeted few.  If you are interested, we should setup a demo.

    Hi Cheryl,

    Out of the box, there is a mass email form within Telligent Community 6 in the control panel.  However, I don't believe there is a tool that allows you to export users and their profile data.  You can find the mass email tool by going here in your community:

    /controlpanel/tools/MassEmailingAdmin.aspx
