Hi there, a quick question. Does the new video transcoding module generate thumbnails for videos that are uploaded?

    Yes, the transcoder produces both transcoded videos in HTML5 (and Flash) compatible formats and it scrapes out a screenshot to display for the video's preview for when the video is shown in preview mode or when it's shown in the full player but not yet played by the user.
