Bug with 7.1 hot fix

We've installed the latest 7.1 hot fix and are experiencing a bug with the new 'like' pop-up window.

If there are more than 10 the names they show up outside of the box. Also, and more importantly, you need to click the close button four times to get rid of it. Each time you click it the screen gets a little bit brighter. On the fourth click the box goes away. I have tested with multiple browsers.

    I suspect this may be related to either the upgrade of the generic, non-theme-specific, layout.css or the theme's own screen.css. Would it be possible for you to attach a Fiddler trace of the page being loaded and the modal being opened? And if not, could you attach those two files as responded from the site?

    The problem with the extra users going off the bottom has fixed itself. The problem still remains that you have to click the close button four times. 

    My screen.CSS and site theme configuration file are attached.
