How do I set my blogs and groups to use the same theme as the site theme? I created a new theme that inherits from my site theme but it displays a different header.

    Are the widgets in your site theme locked?  If they're not locked, they won't be inherited.

    No, none of the widgets in the header are the locked.  

    I created the Group Theme using the following steps:

     Under Site Administration -> Site Content -> Manage Themes

                - I selected Group Theme

                - Clicked Save As button

                         - Then selected my Site Theme Type as the Parent Theme and Site Root as the From Group.

    Is that the correct way to create themes for groups and blogs?
