Telligent Community supports two ways to update a new or existing community's membership points.
Sites with fewer than 25,000 posts
For sites that have fewer than 25,000 posts, you can update the membership points in Control Panel:
- Navigate to Control Panel Dashboard > System Administration > Site Administration > Site Configuration > Manage Member Points System > Calculate.
- Click Calculate.
Sites with more than 25,000 posts
Please contact support to help you update the points on your large database.
