The Files tab enables you to upload and order CSS files that should be applied to all pages in the theme in current browsers, in IE6 or earlier browsers, and also supporting CSS files.
An important group feature is that you can structure groups as well as subgroups to be independent of each other. Group owners can customize the themes for their groups so that each group has a distinctive look and feel.
Group themes are managed from the Control Panel. You can access themes management in the following ways:

In the group home page, click Edit this theme in the Group Administration widget.

Navigating to Control Panel Dashboard > My Groups > [group name] > Themes.
To manage group themes:

Select a theme from the Theme drop-down list. The list contains the out-of-the-box options included with Telligent Community, as well as any customized themes you have added or imported.
Some out-of-the-box themes allow you to customize multiple properties such as layout and sidebars, while others allow you to add cascading style sheets (CSS). For more information, consult the following articles:
You can import an XML file as your theme, which will automatically save the values contained in the file. You can also export the selected theme to an external location.

When you select a theme for your group or finish your modifications, click Save.
