- Microsoft Internet Explorer 9
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 8
- Google Chrome 24
- Google Chrome 23
- Mozilla Firefox 18
- Mozilla Firefox 17
- Apple Safari 5 for Mac
- In tier two, Telligent evaluates reported bugs only for broken functionality. The browsers in this tier include:
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 7

- Mozilla Firefox 16 and below
- Apple Safari 4 and below for Mac
If you are running Windows Server 2008 without SP2, you should install KB958854 to resolve some issues with .NET 4.0. Windows Server 2008 SP2 and Windows Server 2008 R2 are unaffected by this issue.

*32-bit Solr technically can be used for a smaller-sized community, assuming the size of the search index is less than 2 GB. That being said, there are two reasons for the 64-bit recommendation: (1) When you start dealing with a medium to large community, the search index will grow. If the index gets too large, it will push the limits of the maximum memory size for an application on a 32-bit system. (2) Windows 2003 is slowly being phased out. Windows 2008 R2 does not have a 32-bit version.
Telligent Community 6.0
In Telligent Evolution 6.0/Community 6.0, a tag has been added that forces IE8 and IE9 into Standards mode. Release 6.0 does not support IE Compatibility mode.
