The preview functionality allows you to preview theme changes you make to your site without saving them. Telligent Community provides the preview functionality at any place in the user interface where you can add or modify content or change the appearance of your site, such as blog posts, media files and themes. 

Note: No users on your site can see the changes until you exit the preview mode and save them.

To preview content changes:

  1. Navigate to Control Panel Dashboard > System Administration > Site Administration > Site Content > Site Theme > Preview.

  2. Click Enter Preview Mode. You are given the following options in the preview mode:

    • Open New Preview Window - Opens a new browser window and shows you how the page will look. If you want to make additional changes, leave the browser window open. You can then see your new changes by clicking Update Preview.

    • Update Preview - Updates the preview window with additional changes you make to the content.

    • Exit Preview Mode - Exits the Preview mode. The Enter Preview Mode button displays again.
