In Telligent Community 6.0, the options for Display this post on my site's homepage and Display this post on my blog's homepage have been removed.

The blog post Advanced Options page contains display as featured content, search engine optimization, and cross-posting options.

To set the advanced options:

  1. Click the name of the blog post in the Blog - Post List.

  2. Select the post.

  3. Click Edit this post in the Options panel. The Control Panel Manage > Posts tab appears.

  4. Click Advanced Options.

  5. Set the Advanced Options page properties:

    • Make this post featured - Places the post in the Featured Content widget list.

    • Post URL - Allows you to enter keywords into the post URL.

    • Post this entry on my other blogs (cross-posting) - If enabled, this post becomes available for cross-posting on other blogs you author. (But cross-posting needs to be enabled for both blogs.) Cross-posting is useful when you have two or more blogs and you want to post on one of them but want it pushed to all of the blogs. It makes use of the Metablog API so it will work with any blogging software that supports external posts via that API.

  6. Click Save to apply the settings.
