Telligent Community provides some basic reporting on blog posts, comments, and view with both graphical and tabular data. For more advanced reports, we recommend Telligent Analytics.
Blog metrics and comments
Blog metrics include views, comments, and dates.
- Navigate to Control Panel Dashboard > My Blogs > [blog name] > Manage > Posts.
- Click the name of the desired blog. This tab returns the following data about the posts of this blog filtered by date, specified tag, and publication status:
- Title - The title of the post.
- Views - The number of views the post has received. If you click the number of views, you'll see a graphic representation of blog views including number of views per date.

- Comments - The number of comments this post has received on a given date. Clicking this number shows the comments received by this post.

- Likewise, it also displays the number of views and comments within the filtered period/quantity/type.
Filter blog posts
- Navigate to Control Panel Dashboard > My Blogs > [blog name] > Manage > Posts.

- Filter these results by the following criteria, if you desire, by clicking the appropriate drop-down list:
- Month - The default filter. You can also filter by a previous month (for example, June 2012).
- Tag - Non-specific by default. You can select any tag in the drop-down that has been used in the blog.
- Content - Filter posts by all content, published content, or draft:
- Show all content - Published and unpublished content.
- Only show published content - Display published content.
- Only show draft (unpublished) content - Display unpublished (draft) content.
- If desired, you can mix these parameters and then click Apply Filter to get the results. For example, in the Sample Weblog shown above, you might want to see posts from June 2012 with the tag acquisition, whether published or unpublished as shown in the following screen shot.

Filter blog comments
Navigate to Control Panel Dashboard > My Blogs > [blog name] > Manage > Comments.

You can filter the comment status in the drop-down list:
- Show all comments (published and unpublished) - Displays comments that have been published or unpublished (including those needing moderation).
- Only published comments - Displays only comments that have been published. If you unpublish a comment (by clicking Edit and deselecting the Published check box), it does not appear in this window.
- Only comments requiring moderation - Displays comments that are not published. Even if you have blog comment moderation turned off, any posts for which you deselected the Published check box on will show as needing moderation.
