As a community manager, after groups and applications are created, you have control over changes in how the community is organized for example, allowed logins) and how the content in applications is captured or managed. Most importantly, you have the ability to create, delete, or edit users and also to perform these functions with user roles.
This guide contains the following sections:

- Ban or disapprove user accounts - Prevent the user from accessing your site, and ensure that as long as he/she uses the same email address, he/she will be unable to create a new account.
- Change a user's account - Change username, password, site settings, profile settings, or roles.
- Change a user's avatar - Change this avatar if it is not appropriate for your community or prevent any user from being able to change his/her avatar.
- Change a user's display settings - Change a user's timezone, day of the week, text editor, emoticon usage, name display, membership widget display, avatar display, or a user's configurable signature.
