All file viewers are updated to support honoring OutputIsPersisted as is image resizing in general. Files embedded in post content should continue to use generic URLs, whereas files rendered via dynamic output (widget output, theme headers, etc.) should now point directly to the CFS provider (and not through the generic file URL).
